【ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS】

• Order processing: We use an automated shipping system. Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot accept any changes to the delivery address, changes to the order, or cancellations, regardless of whether a shipping notification has been sent.

【RETURNS & EXCHANGES】

• Returns for personal reasons: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or size exchanges because an item differs from your expectations, was ordered incorrectly, does not fit, or for other personal reasons.

• Defective items upon arrival: If your item arrives damaged, soiled, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement with a non-defective item or a refund.

• Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following circumstances, including for items reported as defective upon arrival:

  • Product tags, labels, or accessories have been detached or lost.

  • The item has become soiled, including with makeup, or has acquired odors, including perfume or tobacco, while being tried on by the customer.

  • Only the product packaging, including boxes or bags, or shipping materials are scratched or soiled, with no damage to the product itself.

【UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS & INCORRECT ADDRESSES】

• Storage period after return: If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or an extended absence, we will store it for six months from the date it is returned to us.

• Reshipment during the storage period: If you request reshipment within this period, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, payable upon delivery.

• After the six-month storage period: Once the storage period has expired, we may no longer be able to reship the item. We may also be unable to refund the purchase price or cancel the order. Please ensure that you receive your item within the storage period.
